Lead yourself first.

Strong leadership starts within. This five-module series is built on the ZIL Inside-Out Leadership Model℠. It takes you from self-awareness at the core, through the habits that shape how you think and respond, to the way others see and know you. Every module uses the ZIL OEA Methodology℠: Observe, Examine, Act. You learn how to put it to work.

Who is this for?

• Early-to-midcareer professionals who desire greater self-accountability and clarity in leading themselves.

• Career transitioners building credibility in a new role or field.

• Professionals preparing to lead others and want a solid inner foundation first.

Each module is $60, 90 minutes, and can be booked on its own.

How do I book?

When do dates open, and when does booking close?
Dates open 90 days before each session, and booking closes 72 hours before it starts. If you don’t see a date yet, check back later or email info@zilcav.com.

How long are the workshops, and where are they held?
Eagle Mindset and each Self-Leadership module run 90 minutes. Each Professional Excellence part runs 2 hours, and The Thinking Professional runs 60 minutes. All are virtual, on Microsoft Teams.

How many people attend?
Up to 12 per session, so there is room for questions and discussion.

Can I book one Professional Excellence part, or do I have to take all five?
Either. Each session is its own topic and can be booked on its own at $60. Booking all five together is $300.

How do I pay?
Payment is arranged by email after booking; expected within 72 hours of booking. Zelle and CashApp are accepted.

Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, up to 72 hours before the session, using the link in your confirmation email. Payments are not refunded. Instead, your payment is kept as credit, applied to any workshop within 6 months. Within 72 hours to the start time, cancellations and reschedules are not available.

Is there a recording if I can’t attend live?
No. These sessions are live and interactive.

What happens after the workshop?
Attendees who want to go deeper can join upcoming cohorts or schedule 1:1 from the coaching packages that build on what we cover. There is no obligation, and the door is open when you are ready.
